Dentsply Sirona was facing the challenge of creating a unified experience across their digital touchpoints. With a new design system, Dentsply Sirona aimed to improve operational efficiency, generate cost savings, and create a superior user experience by providing a consistent and scalable framework for design and development.

I led and managed Dentsply Sirona’s design system efforts with a team of design system designers, illustrators and ux writers collaborating closely with development, defining, designing and developing a holistic and scalable design system.
