Planzer is Switzerland’s biggest logistics and transportation company, offering a comprehensive range of national and international logistics services, including road and rail transport, air and sea freight, warehousing, and supply chain management.
 
Planzer expanded into the business-to-consumer domain through a new subsidiary. As part of their expansion they wanted to create a straightforward customer portal for parcel management, a crucial first step in their broader cloud platform strategy. This portal serves as a foundation for future integration of business-to-business and internal logistics operations.
 
I designed the customer portal in such a way that it prioritizes simplicity and user-friendliness while allowing scalability in line with Planzer's broader cloud platform vision.
