Planzer is Switzerland’s biggest logistics and transportation company, offering a comprehensive range of national and international logistics services, including road and rail transport, air and sea freight, warehousing, and supply chain management.
 
The Planzer family encompasses over 20 logistics and transportation brands, each with its own operations and standalone website with a contact form and a phone number. However, at the core of these brands lies Planzer's backend cloud platform, serving as a central hub for service requests. To enhance operational efficiency and unify communication, I created a vision for an integrated service platform. This platform seamlessly connects the frontend with the backend, harmonizing services and communication across the entire Planzer family and allows the most common services to be used right on the website.
